Another day

I can’t manage much
In terms of communication
My insides are too busy
With constant rumination

I’m sorry you’re feeling so vulnerable today. I’m not going anywhere though, I’m like bubblegum on your shoe
Every one of you has a place in my heart, and whenever any of you feel ready and safe enough to communicate, you’ll find that I’m right here, camping just outside your walls of safety and comfort as always. I hope you can feel the warmth from the toasted marshmallows, I’m saving you some.
